Your first visit to Regency Family Dental involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. Payment Options

We make dentistry accessible with flexible payment choices, including CareCredit, cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

Modern Technology

Our practice utilizes advanced tools, including DIAGNOdent, digital X-rays, and an intraoral camera, to deliver precise and comfortable care.

Insurance and Billing

There are over 3,000 different types of dental insurance plans. We do our best to help you decipher your insurance policy, determine your annual maximum, deductible, and eligibility for services. We will submit all insurance claims on your behalf and will make a full effort to help you receive the maximum insurance benefits. However, you are personally responsible for your account. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company, not us.

Because policies can change every year when contracts renew, we encourage our patients to become familiar with their insurance coverage.  Changes in eligibility, maximums, or benefits could result in unexpected out-of-pocket costs. Ultimately, all charges for services are your financial responsibility should the insurance company not pay.

  • Allowable procedures or age limitations on services

If you have concerns about staying within the limitations of your insurance policy, please notify us in advance. We will do our best to help you monitor your remaining maximum benefit.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Financing Options

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we offer a range of payment options to meet your needs.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most insurance benefits. We also offer in-house financing through CareCredit, allowing you to complete extensive or cosmetic treatments with a payment schedule that fits your budget. Many CareCredit repayment policies include interest-free financing for up to one year.

Please ask our Financial Coordinator, and she will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our Financial Coordinator prior to receiving service.
