Anne brings a warm and welcoming presence to the front desk at Regency Family Dental. Tapping into her experience in communication and client relations, she enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and informed and is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient from start to finish. Outside the office, Anne enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new recipes in the kitchen and getting lost in a good book. Dental Hygienist
Cynthia Heinz-Schoeninger, RDH, BS, is a dedicated and highly skilled dental hygienist with decades of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to build trusting relationships with patients, she brings extensive expertise in periodontal therapy, infection control, digital radiography, intra-oral imaging, sealants, and local anesthesia and nitrous sedation. Throughout her career, she has developed successful periodontal programs, created hygiene protocols, and supported efficient, well-run dental hygiene departments.

Cynthia’s passion for preventive dentistry extends deeply into children’s oral health. For nearly 10 years, she led a school-based dental education program focused on teaching families about the benefits of xylitol in reducing dental caries—work that earned her recognition at a national xylitol research symposium.
Cynthia has served as a professional educator for Water Pik and as an independent speaker on xylitol and emerging dental technologies. A proud graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy, she remains committed to helping patients of all ages achieve healthier smiles through personalized, high-quality care.

Nick is a dedicated dental hygienist with more than 10 years of experience in the dental field. His passion for oral health and patient care is evident through his gentle, meticulous approach and his commitment to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral hygiene. With a focus on thoroughness, Nick also strives to educate and empower patients on the topic of oral hygiene.

Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oakland University in 2019 before continuing his education at Baker College, where he received his Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2022. This combination of scientific knowledge and hands-on experience provides a strong foundation for the high-quality care he delivers every day.
Outside the office, Nick enjoys making the most of Michigan’s seasons. In the summer, he spends his time golfing or boating, while fall brings trips up north to enjoy the changing leaves. When winter arrives, he often travels to experience new destinations and cultures. Nick values staying active, exploring the outdoors, and maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle that complements his dedication to patient care.

Dental Hygienist
Emily joined Regency Family Dental in August 2025 after earning her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Mott Community College. Originally from Maryland, she also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management of Aging Services from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County—a background that enhances her patient-centered, whole-person approach to care.
Emily is passionate about helping patients improve their oral and overall health through education, comfort, and preventive care. Her goal is to create a positive experience at every visit.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, and cheering on Detroit’s sports teams.

Assistant
Sabine has been a valued member of the Regency Family Dental team for six years. Originally trained and certified as a dental assistant in Germany, she brings more than 25 years of experience to her role. Sabine truly enjoys collaborating with her colleagues and caring for the patients she has come to know so well over the years.
Outside the office, Sabine loves spending time outdoors—whether hiking, swimming, or enjoying nature with family and friends. She has been happily married to her husband, Michael, for 26 years, and together they are proud parents of three wonderful children.

Mike has been a dental assistant at Regency Family Dental for two years and brings enthusiasm, teamwork, and genuine care to everything he does. He values the supportive, family-oriented environment within the practice and takes pride in helping provide excellent patient care.
Outside the office, Mike embraces both his “nerdy” and active sides. He enjoys Star Wars, Harry Potter, and chess, as well as staying fit, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on the Detroit Lions on Sunday Night Football. He appreciates a balanced lifestyle and brings that same positive energy to his work each day.
